At Gala we provide a 7-day exchange policy.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however if an item is faulty, we will cover all postage costs to replace with an identical item.

If you are not 100% happy with any full priced item we will gladly issue a refund or an exchange only within 7 days of original purchase. After this period we do not provide an exchange or full refund. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs incurred. 

We DO NOT offer exchange on any sale items or international orders.

Steps involved: 

  1. Email with your full name and item/s you would like to exchange.
  1. Once you have heard back from us, post item/s to our office at 31 Oakdale Street, Floreat, 6014, WA. 
  1. Once we have received and inspected the item/s, within 7 days we will post your replacement item/s or provide full refund. 
  1. We will ship your exchange to the address you originally provided us. If you change your address you will need to inform us, otherwise we are not responsible for any lost items. If we don't receive the item/s back we can't offer you an exchange or refund.


  1. Is shipping free?

 Please refer to terms and conditions for detail regarding shipping costs within Australia and internationally. 

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Orders are dispatched daily and sent via Australia post. The estimated delivery time within Australia is between 3-5 business days depending on the time you placed your order and location.

All international orders are dispatched within 2 days of payment. The estimated delivery time is between 10-15 business days. International orders are sent by Registered Australia Post. You will receive a barcode number as proof of the item being dispatched, and each customer will be required to personally sign for the package upon arrival. Please note your journey will not be tracked.

  1. What time do I need to place my order for it to be posted out the next day?
All orders are dispatched the day after the order is placed, unless the order is placed before 2pm WST. In this case the order will be dispatched on that same day. 
  1. Gala sizes:

Gala sizes run from S - XL. 

For information regarding the fit of items refer to measurements located under the name of each item. 

  1. Model stats?

Female models wear small, where male models wear either a L or XL.

  1. Can I return my item? What are the return policies? 

Yes you can return your item, as long as the return fits within the conditions mentioned on our Returns page. Please visit the Returns page for more information.

  1. Do I have to pay for postage if I return my item? 

Yes you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments for an exchange or full refund. Gala will only incur all costs of shipping if the item is faulty.
